ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Bylaw 402. Election of Officers.

Section 4. The following officers shall be elected in even calendar years and shall serve for a period of two (2) years:

Executive Vice President

Treasurer

Vice President of Recreation

Vice President of Challenge

Bylaw 403. Eligibility of Office

No officer of the NCYSA shall:

(a) hold office with any other member association or the NCYSA; or,

(b) be a paid employee or compensated agent of any member of the NCYSA (a compensated agent refers to a person receiving fees for services rendered, not a person who is compensated for expenses incurred in order to fulfill official duties in connection with the business of NCYSA.

The following persons, currently holding the offices, have placed their name on the slate.
