NCYSA Challenge Liaisons

 

 

WHAT:    Challenge Council Meeting      

WHERE:  NCYSA State Office  Greensboro, NC

WHEN:    June 3, 2006     10:00  AM

 

Included is the agenda for our June 3rd meeting.  I hope all of you will be able to attend. If you or your Challenge Liaison are unable to attend, please print a copy of the Proxy form and have someone from your club attend and represent your organization.

 

Three proposals have been submitted to NCYSA for consideration.  They are attached to this email along with the agenda.

 

Other things to remember…..

 

  1. If you are no longer the club President or Challenge Liaison, please contact Rachel Jones at NCYSA with the correct information and pass this email on to your new officers.
  2. If you are your club’s president or challenge liaison and you are not on the NCYSA list of presidents and/or liaisons, you will not be able to vote on any issues should you attend the meeting. If you are not sure, check with Rachel Jones.
  3.  If someone other than your club’s president or challenge liaison attends the meeting, they must have a proxy from the club president in order to vote on issues.
