How To Read The Association Schedule

Your individual Association Schedule shows all matches schduled for your Association's teams - listed by date. Match numbers with an asterisk (*) after them indicate a non-NCYSA playdate. For these matches, the home team is responsible for securing fields and referees through their Field Coordinator and Referee Assignor. If you have not already been contacted regarding these matches, the team managers/coaches should be notifying you soon. Please note that all non-NCYSA play dates are listed as "TBA" fields, so the home association Field Coordinator can place the match on a field of his/her choice.

How To Read The Field Schedule

All fields used by an Association will be listed on that Association's Field Schedule. Fields will be listed in alphabetical, numerical order by pitch code (Note: pitch codes have changed this year! To make them uniform, the first one, two or three letters of the pitch code indicate the association that has use of the field. The remaining letters/numbers indicate the name and number of the field.) Scroll down to find the field schedule for each field used by your Association. Schedules will be sorted by date. Non-NCYSA playdates will NOT appear on this schedule, as these games were entered on "TBA" fields, to be scheduled by the home team.

Please check the "TBA Association Schedule" for all non-NCYSA play date matches. You will be responsible for those matches that apply to your association.

REMEMBER: Only ONE reschedule is allowed per team. Please make sure your teams are using the new 2-part Reschedule Form for their one reschedule request.
