NCYSA CLASSIC TEAM SCHEDULES - 2/06
Teams have had 48 hours to proof their schedules and NCYSA has checked and double-checked the schedules, but unfortunately, we cannot catch every mistake (though we try!). Any mistakes found will count towards your reschedule!
BEFORE VIEWING YOUR TEAM SCHEDULE YOU MUST READ THE FOLLOWING:
1. All matches will appear on your schedule this season. Non-NCYSA playdates are indicated by an asterisk (*) after the match number. Though these matches appear on your schedule, it is the responsibility of the home team to contact their association's Field Coordinator and Referee Assignor to secure fields and referees for these matches. This is why non-playdate matches - "TBA Matches" - are not assigned to the Pitch and Time.
2. The number of counting matches each team plays is dependent on the number of teams in their division (counting games are equal to one less than the number of teams in the division) AND whether team representatives scheduled non-counting matches. (Please Note: U11 MEN ONLY, the number of games will vary, because teams have both the Fall AND Spring to play every team in their division once, due to the large numbers.) No more NCYSA matches may be scheduled. Any additional matches teams want to play must be set up on their own as "friendlies", which do not require any paperwork.
3. All teams are granted ONE RESCHEDULE for the Spring 2007 Season. If your team absolutely needs to reschedule a game, you must use the new 2-part Rescheduling Form to request approval from NCYSA within the 3-week time period. (For rained out matches, please use the Rainout Make Up Form.)
4. All Field locations are listed on the Pitch Legend (Note: pitch codes have changed! To make them uniform, the first one, two or three letters of the pitch code indicate the association that has use of the field. The remaining letters/numbers indicate the name and number of the field.) For all field-related questions, please contact the association's Field Coordinator. For referee related questions, please contact the association's Referee Assignor.
HOW TO READ YOUR SCHEDULE:
Team schedules are listed by team divisional code - starting with Premier, followed by First, then Second Divisions (ex. 1A91, 1B91, etc.). Please know your team divisional code and include it anytime you refer to your team name. These codes are used in the NCYSA database to distinguish age division.
The files are EXCEL files. To view a PDF of the file, please click on the PDF link. To print your team schedule in EXCEL, highlight your team and print "selection only". To print your team schedule in PDF, print "current page only".
