To increase the number of teams in u15 to u18
Boys Division 1 to 10 team per bracket. To take effect with
the spring 2007 season.

Explanation: Currently there is a disparity within some of
the age groups (for u15 and above boys). By increasing the brackets to 10 teams
in division 1, the more competitive teams will now all be in the same division.
This will also allow for the rebuilding /newer teams to have a more
competitive/enjoyable season.
