• Call to order by Caleb Miles

• Attendance and establishment of a quorum

• Reading and approval of June 5, 2005 meeting minutes

New Business:

• Andre’ Burger - STATE CUPS
• Gary Olive – Discussion for proposal to eliminate all NCYSA play dates, therefore, making all Saturdays and Sundays available for scheduling. This would not affect the Spring 2006 season.

• Revamp the INTENT to PLAY form. Discussion to eliminate the separate “Divisional Acceptance Form” and “Counting/Non-Counting” Form, and utilize the INTENT to PLAY form to include all necessary information.

• Enhancing the NCYSA website to be more user-friendly to our membership. Bring suggestions

and ideas.

• Important Dates for Spring 2006

- December 5, 2005 – Spring 2006 Intent to Play packets from associations due (postmarked)

- December 5, 2005 – Spring 2006 Association Field Registration Forms due (postmarked)

- January 7 th, 8 th, and 14 th - Mandatory Scheduling Meetings for Spring Season ALL TEAMS

- February 10 th and 11 th- Soccer Show (Greensboro Coliseum) and AGM

- Play dates for Spring 2006 season - February 18 th

- April 10 th – Match reports due into State Office BY 9:00 AM for all teams to be counted
