Welcome to the NCYSA New Membership Information Page. Here you will find important dates on applying for New Membership, instructions and guidelines for applying and sample documents to help.
The NCYSA Board of Directors only considers and votes on New Members at our Winter AGM (held in JAN or FEB) and our June Board of Director's Meeting. The exact dates and times are TBD. Please keep checking this page for the latest info on those dates. All documents must be received by NCYSA ninety days (90) prior to the meeting date in which you wish to be considered.
Using the links at the left, please read each page very carefully - in order - so that you may better understand NCYSA and what you will need to apply for New Membership. Incorrect or incomplete applications, rules, by laws, etc. will not be accepted!
