WHY DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT FOR EJECTIONS?

If any player is sent-off, either after one red card or two yellow cards, then a Supplemental Report must be submitted with the Match Report.

NCYSA has different sit-out policies for different types of infractions. The type of infraction must therefore be clearly indicated on the Supplemental Report. The sooner NCYSA can get the Supplemental Report, the sooner it can determine the length of sit out for the player.

If you tell an adult to leave (coach, parent, spectator), a Supplemental Report must be included with the match report. Please get as much information on the offending adult as possible as s/he must sit out his/her team's next NCYSA scheduled match.
