Subject: Annual Awards Program

We are sending each association an information e-mail with a nomination ballot and a description of each award that NCYSA will be presenting at the Annual Awards Luncheon in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2008 at the Sheraton Four Seasons in Greensboro.

Please look over the information carefully and get the nomination ballots into the right hands of people who want to nominate a qualified individual. Let us be pro-active and recognize the people who do so much for our children. This is a perfect opportunity to appreciate these individuals on a State level. Once you have received the ballots back, please send them to me at.

• Completed Nomination Form
• Support Documents (newspaper articles, parent/player letters, brief bio, etc.)
• Association President Signature on Form
