Player Movemnt Freeze Date – The date after which no previously rostered (inter-club or intra-club) players may be moved from one team to another (The Player Movement Freeze Date is 14 days prior to the first match played in the State Cup Series. This first match is interpreted to include any qualifying (play-in) match(es) that are played in any age group).

Roster Freeze Date – The date after which no NEW players (non-NCYSA members) may be added to a team, nor any rostered players dropped from a team. (The Roster Freeze Date is 5 days prior to the first match played in the State Cup Series. This first match is interpreted to include any qualifying (play-in) match(es) that are played in any age group).

A team participating in the NCYSA USYS State Cup may not roster more than five (5) previously rostered players in any seasonal year.
