The NCYSA Board of Directors only considers and votes on New Members at our Winter AGM (held in JAN or FEB) and our June Board of Director’s Meeting.The exact dates and times are listed above. Please keep checking this page for the latest info on those dates. All documents must be received by NCYSA by the dates listed below.
2016 Meeting Dates for New Membership
January 30, 2016 - Annual General Meeting
June Meeting - TBA
Level 1 applications (recreation only-- December 31, 2015 = 30 days prior
Level 2 and above applications-- December 1, 2015 = 60 days prior
Mergers and development of Umbrella groups - December 1, 2015 = 60 days prior
