The NCYSA Board of Directors only considers and votes on New Members at our Winter AGM (held in JAN or FEB) and our June Board of Director's Meeting.The exact dates and times are listed above. Please keep checking this page for the latest info on those dates. All documents must be received by NCYSA ninety days (90) prior to the meeting date in which you wish to be considered.
2012/2013 Meeting Dates for New Membership
June 2013 Meeting
Level 1 applications (recreation only-- May 29, 2013 = 30 days prior
Level 2 and above applications-- April 29, 2013 = 60 days prior
Mergers and development of Umbrella groups—April 29, 2013 = 60 days prior
