What To Bring To Camp
Each player should bring the following items to soccer camp:
1- A full water container that holds at least 1 liter of water. Frequent water breaks are the rule.
2- Soccer shin guards and proper soccer foot wear.
3- A refreshing healthy snack for a quick energy boost for breaks. Some type of raw fruit is a suggestion.
4- A clean small hand towel or cloth.
5- A back pack or soccer bag with the campers name on it to store personal items.
