NCASA Offers Sympathies to 90 Boys ODP Team

This Sunday, April 18^th, the North Carolina Soccer community suffered a tragic lose when a tour bus full of promising and talented young soccer players overturned in France.  The North Carolina Adult Soccer Association is distraught with news of the passing of Matt Helms and the physical injuries and emotional wounds sustained by all the passengers.  NCASA extends our most heartfelt condolences and sincerities to the relatives and friends of the Helms family and join in prayer with the entire soccer family for the quick and complete recovery of all involved.

 Children bring so much joy to our lives when we witness their achievements and successes, and no loss is greater than when their joy and talent is extinguished so suddenly.  NCASA is extremely proud of the 90 Boys ODP team, its coaches and staff.  We admire their exuberance in life and sport, and dedicate the remainder of our season to the memory of Matt Helms and excellence of the 90 Boys ODP team.
