NCASA Annual Awards

 

The North Carolina Adult Soccer Association annually presents 4 awards for outstanding achievement in the world of North Carolina Adult Soccer.  These awards are as follows:

 

John M. Bouda Award: It is to be awarded to the Referee of the Year for excellence in officiating adult level matches.

 

Charles Mark Crampton Award: It is to be awarded to an individual in the soccer community that has demonstrated extraordinary leadership and commitment to advancing opportunities for play and the game at the adult level.

 

Dave Williams Award:  It is to be awarded annually to a member of the North Carolina soccer community who has contributed significantly to the well being of soccer in North Carolina, particularly through selfless actions that exemplified the spirit of always going beyond the “call of duty” and embodied a true love for the game of soccer. 

 

Coach of the Year Award: It is to be awarded to an individual who serves on the behalf of her/his team as coach or captain and exemplifies faithful leadership and unwavering commitment to advancing her/his team opportunities for development, sportsmanship, and recognition.

 Awarded on Sunday, February 13, 2005 at the North Carolina Soccer Annual Awards Luncheon in Greensboro during NCASA's Annual General Council Meeting.
