Presidents Luncheon: Opening to the Annual Meeting when Delegates and guests enjoy lunch and get reacquainted.

Annual General Council Meeting: Commonly known as the AGM, the meeting is the annual business meeting for the association

Registrars Certification Course: This year NCASA has 2 courses.  The FOXPRO course will be held for those associations that are temporarily remaining on the existing registration system. The Youth Leagues USA course will be held for those associations moving to the new on-line player registration system.

Hall of Fame Reception and Banquet: Soccer’s greatest honor in the State of North Carolina, this festivity brings together all the soccer communities – players, coaches, referees and administrators – to recognize and honor soccer’s greatest servants.

Round Table Forum: This forum has developed into the association’s most exciting event for league leaders and soccer enthusiasts alike.  This year’s forum will present great discussion topics: Defining and Avoiding Bad Standing, Cups: Sticking to the Schedule!, and more!

North Carolina Soccer Awards Luncheon: An annual tradition of recognizing and celebrating the year’s best in all areas of the soccer community.  Great fun and a great way to end the whole weekend.
