NC Adult Soccer Annual General Meeting

Held in January or February of each year, the NC Adult Soccer Annual General Meeting (or as it is more commonly known, "AGM") is the association annual meeting of the board of directors.  The board of directors consists of the delegates from all of the affiliated leagues of NCASA, including the league presidents.

The business conducted at the meeting typically consists of the following agenda items:

• Officer Reports

• Commissioner Reports

• Office Report

• League Updates

• Elections to NCASA Executive Committee

• Adoption of next fiscal year budget

• Amendments to NCASA's Constitution, By-Laws and/or Policies

The NCASA AGM is an open and public meeting held during the Annual NC Soccer Showcase in Greensboro at the Four Season Sheraton and Koury Convention Center.  The NC Soccer Showcase consists of the following events:

• NCASA AGM

• NCASA Registrars Certification Course

• NCASA Round Table Forum

• NCYSA AGM

• NC Soccer Showcase - vendor exhibits & soccer clinics

• NCYSA Workshops

• NC Soccer Hall of Fame Induction Banquet

• NC Soccer Awards Luncheon

Pre-registration is required for some of the events that offer meals, but the NC Soccer Showcase is free and open to all.  Presidents (or first delegates) of affiliated leagues are offered meals and accommodations free of charge by NC Adult Soccer via pre-registration.

2010 Annual Meeting is Scheduled for January 23 & 24, 2010 at Four Seasons Sheraton in Greensboro, North Carolina.
