AIRPORTS

Fayettevillle

Located in the "City of Dogwoods," the Fayetteville Regional Airport serves a 12-county area in the Sandhills of southern North Carolina, along the I-95 corridor. Fayetteville Regional Airport (400 Airport Road, Fayetteville, NC  28306) is serviced by three airlines:

US Airways Express, with daily service to its Charlotte, NC hub, Allegiant Air and ASA, the Delta Connection, with daily service to its Atlanta hub.

Raleigh

RDU combines southern hospitality and hi-tech amenities to be one of the friendliest airports for travel.  The airport’s two terminal services 12 airline carriers for regional, national and international travel.

TRAVEL BY GROUND

Fayetteville is the largest city in North Carolina located on Interstate 95, which is the major north/south interstate artery on the east coast. Fayetteville is exactly halfway between New York City and Miami, Florida and is located one hour south of the Raleigh-Durham metro.

MAPQUEST OF NORTH CAROLINA

Greater Fayetteville is accessible off I-95 from exits 40 through 65. The exit numbers correspond to the distance from South Carolina.  In addition to being the most convenient location off I-95, Fayetteville boasts a broad network of highways that connect the city with other metro areas in the state:

- Wilmington is a short drive from Fayetteville via NC 87 South.

- Taking NC 87 North will bring you into Greensboro.

- To visit Charlotte from Fayetteville, simply take US 401South to US 74 West, which brings you into the heart of the Charlotte.
