Rules
& Procedures
NCASA is an affiliate of FIFA, USSF, & USASA,
and thereby must abide by all of their rules and
regulations that are documented in their
constitution & by-laws (links
provided). NCASA, with the goal in mind of
fun, fair, and development driven soccer, has
its own body of rules and procedures.
These can be found in the NCASA Constitution
& By-Laws listed below. Any infraction
will result in a disciplines & appeals
process. The Disciplines & Appeals
Manual with a generalized code of conduct is
also available below.
In accordance with the NCASA Constitution and
By-Laws, NCASA's decision making body is its Council, which consists of voting representatives from league members. The Council meeting annually at its Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors meets monthly, however it defers its regular business to the Executive Committee of NCASA, which consist of the officers of the Board. The Executive Committee meets monthly during the Board of Directors meetings.
