Welcome to the NCYSA New Membership information webpage! Here you will find important dates on applying for New Membership, instructions and guidelines for applying and sample documents to help you with the process. Please click the links at the right for detailed information and the FAQ's below for quick answers.
Level I applications (Recreation level of play) are accepted any time throughout the seasonal year. These applications will be evaluated and approved by the staff of NCYSA. The NCYSA Board of Directors only considers and votes on Level II applications (Competitive level of play) at the Winter AGM (held in January or February) and the June Mid-Year Board of Director’s Meetings. The deadline dates are listed below. Please keep checking this page for the latest info on those dates. All documents must be received into the NCYSA Office by the dates listed below to be considered.
Meeting Dates for New Membership
NCYSA Mid-Year Board of Director’s Meeting – Saturday, June 5, 2021
Level I applications (Recreation Only) are accepted at any time throughout the seasonal year. The initial application for New Membership shall be for only membership at the Recreation level of play.
Level II (Competitive) applications - April 6, 2021 = 60 days prior
Mergers & Development of Umbrella Groups - April 6, 2021 = 60 days prior
NCYSA Annual General Meeting – TBD
