The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Parents, athletes and coaches,

As we all continue to navigate the impact of COVID-19 within the sports community, we wanted to share that Next College Student Athlete (NCSA) has been working closely with US Youth Soccer to ensure that the correct information is out there regarding the current state of college soccer recruiting.

The NCAA and other governing bodies of college athletics have made adjustments and rules changes to their recruiting calendars, but this does not mean that you need to wait to get recruited!

Instituted changes are as follows:

  • NCAA D1 programs are observing a dead period through August 31
  • NCAA D2 programs are observing a quiet period through July 31
  • Colleges are advised to suspend official visits and unofficial on-campus visits
  • Coaches and recruits can still communicate via phone and written correspondence (email, text and social media DMs)

To better understand these changes and what you can do now to get recruited, we’ve scheduled an online recruiting class exclusively for the US Youth Soccer community on Thursday, July 9 at 7:00 p.m. CST.
