This session will frame a discussion about the necessity of defined roles and job descriptions
for all staff and volunteers - unique and customized for soccer clubs of various sizes. 
The emphasis of the session will be the importance of clearly communicating job
descriptions/roles, training and sustaining individuals in these roles, and a process of
accountability in light of these description/roles – all necessary for the flourishing of a healthy soccer club.
