Governing Documents

As a potential member of North Carolina Youth Soccer Association, you will need to have in place the following documents: 

• A current copy of your Articles of Incorporation (from State of North Carolina) 
• Proof of Non-Profit Status (from the Internal Revenue Service) 
• Association Bylaws 
• Association Rules 
• Code of Conduct for Coaches, Players, Officials & Parents/Spectators
