The U.S. Soccer Federation is committed to growing the quality and quantity of trained youth coaches, through affordable and accessible entry-level grassroots coach education courses.
As part of this commitment, U.S. Soccer Federation has partnered with North Carolina Youth Soccer Association to launch the U.S. Soccer Coach For Community Program. This FREE program is focused on providing coaching education resources.
The goal is to connect member associations with local soccer leaders to help create better player environments, which will increase player participation as well as retain players and coaches.
Participants have the opportunity to learn from a US Soccer Licensed Instructor who can provide expertise in Grassroots Coaching Education as well as share best practices on player development initiatives and for creating a player-centered environment.
We would like to invite all local organization leaders to think about hosting a Coach For Community event for the coaches, teachers, parents, and anyone else that is responsible for creating the youth soccer experience in their area.
