For player/coach/spectator misconduct pertaining to:

– Yellow/Red Cards — Send Offs — Sanctions for Cards (# of Game Sitouts) — Referee Abuse/Assault

Please have your Coach + Club Director/Administrator send an email to Kevin Broadley, Discipline and Appeals Administrator.

For non-game related Classic League misconduct, please send an email to both Colin Ashley and Colby Morton.

As mentioned previously, inquiries should be made by the Team Coach AND Club DOC/ADMIN.
