Annual Member Association Renewal information, deadlines, fee schedules, and payment options for the 2025-2026 seasonal year.
The Member Association Renewal Application for the 2025-2026 seasonal year will open on Monday – May 5, 2025.
Emails will be sent to all appropriate member association staff on Monday – May 5, 2025.

2025-2026 Member Association Renewal emails are sent to the people listed in the roles below for the current seasonal year (2024-2025). The link in the email is unique to the individual and cannot be shared with anyone else. Those assigned the roles below for the current 2024-2025 seasonal year can also access the 2025-2026 Association Renewal application by changing the YEAR in their dropdown menu to “2025-2026” OR by changing their ROLE to one with “(2025)” in the description.

Only ONE person needs to complete the Renewal application! If you need to assign access to a different person, please contact Wendy at wendy@ncsoccer.org
The entire Association Renewal application will be completed online – INCLUDING the Designee Signature Form and the Presidential Renewal Confirmation Form. You will also have the ability to COPY your association documents uploaded in the 2024-2025 application IF they have not changed since they were approved for the 2024-2025 seasonal year.
Association Renewals are DUE by June 1, 2025!
REMINDER: The fee structure for payment of your yearly Member Association Renewal Fee is as follows:

| Paid June 2nd – June 15th | $250 |
| Paid June 16th – June 30th | $500 |
| Paid on July 1st or after | $1,000 |
The amount due is based on the date your Renewal Application is COMPLETE in our system, NOT the date you mail in a check.
Scheduling League Fee: $250 – Due by June 1, 2025.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Credit Card: Paid within the 2025-2026 Member Association Renewal Application.
Online Check (E-Check): Paid within the 2025-2026 Member Association Renewal Application.
Mail-In Check: If you opt to pay your renewal fee by check, please FIRST indicate that on your ONLINE 2025-2026 Renewal application, then PRINT TWO (2) copies of the invoice, and mail a copy of the invoice and a check made out to NCYSA to:
