- GROUP BLOCKS: 365 Sports Travel will create a group block and booking link for your team which allows families to book their reservations.
- DO NOT: contact the hotel directly to book rooms or modify your reservation
- When you complete your reservation: you will receive an email confirmation from Event Pipe. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check junk/spam for ‘mailer@eventpipe.com’.
- CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: This can easily be done by CLICKING HERE
- The Hotel will send you a confirmation email and add your reservation to your rewards account (if applicable) the week of the event
- ONLY CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY: to adjust your reservation if you are within 48 hours or less of your arrival date
