HOTELS

Hotel Reservations are made at the discretion of the Club.  365 Sports Travel is offering support for discounted hotel accommodations in Winston-Salem, NC during the Spring 2023 Youth Academy Showcase for April 28th - 30th. 

 To learn more about discounted group rates, Please complete this Hotel Request Form | NCYSA | April 28-30th.

After completing the Hotel Request Form, 365 Sports Travel will: 

  1. Respond within 24 hours with a list of hotels including all rates, amenities and distance to the fields.
  2. You will then provide your top 3 hotel choices & Approx. # of Rooms Fri & Sat.
  3. They will reply with what hotels are available and a reservation link for your team to use to make the reservation process simple and easy for everyone.
  4. Teams will have approximately 5-10 days with the reservation link. After your deadline, the remaining rooms will be made available to other teams.
